PH 171/PH 173: It's Not Rocket Science

Fall 2009 Course Information

Lab: 11/19/2009 Status: MEET OUTSIDE

Wear shoes you don't mind getting wet. Dress in a water-resistant fashion in case rain starts again. Right now it looks like it will rain shortly after 8:00, but should only last for 15 to 20 minutes. Then it should be "clear" until near 10:00. Then again, I'm not a trained meteorologist (but the record of those who are isn't very good either). So meet at the field and if the weather turns bad while we are there, we will dismiss from the pavillion. The earlier you can get there to get your rocket ready, the better since we will be able to launch sooner and more quickly while it's not raining. I will try to be at the field by 8:30 AM.
